Help & answers

Questions, answered.

The things shippers, carriers and drivers ask us most — how Liftzor works, what it costs, how your payment stays safe, and how to get on the road as a carrier. Still stuck? We're one message away.

Getting started

How Liftzor works

  • How does Liftzor work?

Post a shipment with the cargo, pickup and drop-off. Verified carriers send competitive quotes — or use Instant Match to set a fixed price that's broadcast to nearby carriers. Track the delivery live end to end, then pay is released once it's confirmed delivered.

  • What is Instant Match?

For urgent jobs: post at a fixed price and Liftzor broadcasts it to nearby verified carriers in expanding waves until one accepts — usually in seconds. No waiting on quotes. You can also choose Quotes (carriers bid, you compare) or Make an Offer (name your price to a specific carrier).

  • What types of cargo can Liftzor move?

From documents, parcels and food on a dispatch bike, through pickup vans and box-truck or open-body lorry loads, to general cargo, building materials, machinery and 20ft/40ft containers on flatbed and lowbed trailers — last-mile to long-haul, nationwide.

  • Where does Liftzor operate?

Nationwide across Nigeria — Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt and the routes in between. Wherever your shipment needs to move, Liftzor connects you to verified carriers and inspected vehicles.

Pricing & payment

Cost and money safety

  • What does it cost to use Liftzor?

The apps are free to download. You pay the shipment price you agree with the carrier, shown as one clear all-in total before you commit — never hidden, never a surprise at drop-off.

  • How is my payment protected?

Every payment is held in secured escrow (powered by Paystack) from the moment you book. Funds are only released to the carrier once delivery is confirmed — protection for the shipper and the carrier alike.

  • How are carriers paid out?

Carrier payment is split for fairness: 30% is queued once the cargo is picked up, and the remaining 70% on confirmed delivery. It keeps the move moving while protecting the shipper until the job is done.

For carriers

Carrying with Liftzor

  • How do I become a carrier?

Download the Liftzor Carrier app and register your fleet and drivers. Complete KYC (identity and vehicle documents), pass vehicle inspection, then start accepting instant-match loads near you. Manage drivers, trucks, payouts and your standing from one app.

  • What does vehicle inspection involve?

Every vehicle goes through a 15-point inspection before its carrier is approved to take jobs. It's how shippers can trust that the vehicle showing up for their cargo is roadworthy and exactly who it claims to be.

Help

Support

  • How do I get help?

Reach the Liftzor team by WhatsApp, email (hello@liftzor.io) or phone — everything's on the Contact page, and we usually reply within one business day.

  • Is WhatsApp a way to get an instant quote?

WhatsApp is our contact line for support and onboarding — not an automated quote engine. For live pricing, post your shipment in the app to see quotes or set an Instant Match price. For anything else, message us and a real person replies.
